ATM #2: Push Foot Lengthen Arm

This Awareness Through Movement lesson is a bit more complex than the first ATM lesson in this online series, but it offers a plethora of possible discoveries. Touching on lengthening the spine, cross-lateral connectivity, and the softening the rib cage, this lesson is useful and helpful to just about everyone. You’ll need enough space to lie long with one arm long on the floor above your head. Remember to go slowly and don’t strain - enjoy!
