Performance Lab Registration

Please fill out the form to below and submit it to reserve your spot in the Spontaneous Self Performance Lab workshop. Once your form is reviewed, you will get an email to confirm your spot in the workshop. After receiving that confirmation, you will then submit payment to secure your spot.
