ATM #5: 90 Degree Arms

Here is another classic Feldenkrais/Awareness Through Movement Lesson titled “Chanukia, a candle holder”, but that I often refer to as “90 Degree Arms”. You’ll see why both titles are appropriate and make sense. This lesson is a bit more physical than some others I’ve shared here, but should be ok for most people. As always, just remember to go slow, take your time, breath, and do not strain. And, please, rest whenever you’d like. Enjoy!
